This notice describes visitor analytics on the Mountain Star Recovery website.

Optional visitor analytics

If you select “Accept analytics,” Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, device information and interactions with scheduling, phone, email and client-portal buttons. Clicking the scheduling link does not tell us whether an appointment was completed.

Our custom button events use fixed labels, not names, email addresses, phone numbers, VINs or form contents. We remove query strings and fragments from the page address supplied to Analytics and send only the referring website’s origin. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Your choice

The Google Analytics tag loads only after you accept analytics. Select “Reject optional” to browse and schedule without it. Use “Cookie preferences” in the homepage footer to change your choice at any time. Rejecting after acceptance stops future analytics and clears this website’s accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already received by Google.

Your choice is stored locally in this browser. If you accept, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies, configured to expire after six months and refreshed through use. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may prompt a new choice.

Other services

Our hosting provider processes requests to deliver the website. Scheduling and client-portal links open third-party services with their own privacy practices. Information you send by email or telephone is separate from website analytics.
